The Athletic Nomad training plan is based on years of bodyweight training, the product of military service in austere environments with no gym access. It focuses on the fundamentals of bodyweight training. Push, pull, squat, lung, and sprint your way through your travel schedule with mobility work and a proper low-intensity warm-up.
The complete AthleticNomad program includes:
- 3-4 training days a week.
- Workouts will include a strength and stamina session and will get progressively harder.
- An overall goal is to learn the basic bodyweight movements and perform them with proper form.
- A test at the beginning and end of the program.
