The Isochain in-app exercise program gives voice to all of the Isochain isometric exercises described in Paul Wade’s The Ultimate Isometrics Manual, along with a variety of warm-ups and cooldowns. Each workout on the app comes with photographs and descriptions of the relevant exercises. You also get the recommended reps, sets and rest periods to follow. And, since the app guides you through each workout and tracks your results, there’s never any doubt about your progress. (IsoChain Manual NOT included).
The book was more helpful. Isochain provides better feedback. Stopped using after 2 times didn’t provide any advantage. Warmups work just as well with any timer.
lots of glitches
The app has lots of ux hiccups, which in fairness might be the TriadXP app rather than Dragon Door's content. Some affect usability while other just make it seem unfinished. (Did the authors not notice that the in-app voice calls reps "representatives"? The "burn count" program does not allow the user to enter the amount of time the reps are held, which makes it basically useless
