This is an 8-week programme of 24 sessions with 3 sessions to be completed per week. We recommend alternate days to train. Each session varies from 45 minutes to 1-hour duration. Although this system is difficult and challenging, you will experience very little delayed onset of muscular soreness. As such, it would also be possible to double up on sessions and complete each session twice on consecutive days. This would allow you to perform 6 sessions per week and still complete the course in 8 weeks.
