How do I get the workout after purchase?

It’s added to your TriadXP library instantly. Just open the app (iOS/Android), sign in with the same email, and you’ll see it under My Workouts/Programs.

Do I need a trainer to use this?

Nope. Every program runs with press-play guidance—audio cues, visual timers, and clear step-by-step instructions.

Can I adjust the workouts to my level?

Yes. You can tweak weights, reps, or distance and your changes are auto-saved to your progress log—without breaking the plan.

What devices does TriadXP work on?
