Cory Kinder, is a Certified Personal trainer with a BS in Sports Management, and post graduate work in Exercise Science. My passion for Health and fitness came from my love of playing varsity sports my entire life and through college. My goal is to help others transform their lives by making health and wellness apart of their daily lifestyle. I am here for you as a motivator, a teacher but also a friend!!
