The Strength and Tone 2 Week Total Body Workout requires limited equipment. Dumbbells, a bench and an exercise ball are all you need. This is a great home workout designed for anyone who wants to focus on building their overall strength and improving their muscle tone. It has several bodyweight exercises and is a great first step to training your body with some of the most common movements performed in training. The program is set on a 2 week cycle and includes 4 workouts per week. So every 2 weeks you can push yourself and advance reps, weights or the difficulty of the exercise itself to continue to strengthen and tone your body over time!
