Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Sports Performance created this 8-week in-season recovery program for ages 13-18. This program provides step-by-step voice and illustrated video guidance and offers separate exercise instructions to help perform each exercise correctly. This program is designed to help an athlete’s body properly recover after training sessions, practices, and games. Use this program to aid in recovery to stay a step ahead of the competition!
This 8-week training program was designed by the elite athletic performance and conditioning experts from the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and Bo Jackson Elite Sports Performance. Each week includes 2 work-outs that combine calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, and resistance work for strength and conditioning.
